Summer Camps:

2008: Garden City Soccer Camp (formerly Big Cat Soccer Camp):
This camp, directed by Brian Rooney (Newton North Varsity Girls' Soccer coach) and Ucal McKenzie (Newton North Varsity Boys' Soccer coach), and staffed with current and former high school players and coaches, will be run this summer during the weeks of July 7-11 and 14-18 at Burr Elementary School in Auburndale. The camp is for boys and girls ages 7-14 who are looking to learn from some of the top coaches in the city. The camp runs from 9 am - 3 pm each day. There are training sessions and games in the morning and afternoons, and each day, we travel by bus to Newton North for swimming and lunch in the cafeteria.     2007: The Eastern Mass Soccer Clinic is for kids ages 4-16 and it takes place at Sprague Field in Wellesley the weeks of August 6-10 and August 13-17 . There is a half day program for ages 4-7 a full-day clinic program for grades 3-8, and a full day advanced camp for grades 9-10.  This is the 27th year of the camp and it is run by Steve Ginsberg, a former captain at Williams College and current Boys Coach at the Noble and Greenough School.     2007: Thundercat Sports summer soccer camps.  Participants will learn fundamental skills from coaches through unique drills, games, and teaching techniques. Skills taught include dribbling, passing, shooting, and more. Theme days, trivia, and a World Cup tournament at the end of the program add to the excitement!     2006: Kristine Lilly and Kate Markgraf "Golden Experience" Soccer Camp
    Come train and learn from two of the best players in the history of women's soccer. 2004 Athens Gold Medalists, Kristine Lilly and Kate Markgraf, host the 2nd Annual Kristine Lilly and Kate Markgraf "Golden Experience" Soccer Camp in Newton, MA  August 30th and 31th, 2006 from 5PM to 8PM each day. Over the course of two days, campers will develop and refine all aspects of their game through drills and small-sided games. Through their professional and personal coaching styles, campers will enjoy the experience of a lifetime training and learning from their Olympic heroes.

    To maximize the personal attention given to each camper, we are accepting only 100 campers. We look forward to teaching you in an environment that is challenging, rewarding, and fun!
