Completed applications are due July 18, 2002.  Do not print and mail -- use the Submit Form button!  While previous experience or a MYSA license is not required to be considered for a coaching position, it is strongly recommend that all intramural coaches complete at least a 4-hour "G" Level MYSA License, which is offered in both the Spring and Fall.
