Dear NGS Referee:
It is time to plan
our referee assignments for the Spring 2005 Newton Girls Soccer
season. As in past years, we are asking you to fill out and return the attached
availability form so that we will know when you are free to officiate matches.
It is important that you fill out this form accurately and clearly and put it in
the mail to me before March 25th. We rely on the accuracy of these forms, so be careful.
Keep an eye out for: If
you know you are going to be taking SAT’s or other tests this Spring, look at
the calendar and figure out when those tests are. If you’ll be out of town visiting
schools, let us know now.
If
you know you have family events to attend, let us know now.
Are
you leaving town for vacation during Memorial Day or Spring break? Many of our referee assignors are going to use email to
contact you, so please include your email address if you have one. Please
write it neatly and clearly (or better yet, type the whole form on the
screen before you print it and mail it) – forms must be filled in neatly and
clearly in black or blue ink so they can be photocopied – illegible forms means
no assignments!! As the season goes along,
remember to check your email frequently. I suggest that you make a copy of the form before you
mail it to me. That way, if something changes in your life, you can refer to
the form and see what you told us. If you need to make changes during the
course of the season, you should do it quickly by sending in a revised form or
by sending me an email at
