Paper forms

If you at all can, please register online. The benefits of this new registration process include:

Immediate registration confirmation for parents
Ability for parents to confirm everything is entered correctly
Email notification to parents for team placement
Email notification to parents for tryout times (Travel only)
NGS will receive 100% readable and accurate registrations
Less administration for the volunteers and Registrar (all information on paper forms must be manually entered in the database...and sometimes there are errors in the data entry)
Easy notification of parents for next soccer season
Long-term cost savings for NGS!

Note that those applying for fee waivers must still use the paper form.
