Registration

Newton Girls Soccer has transitioned to TeamSnap ONE platform.  This all-in-one app is designed to streamline registration, scheduling, communication, player availability, and coaching resources in one place. This platform will replace SportsConnect, as well as the TeamSnap app we have been using for scheduling and communication

With TeamSnap ONE, NGS will be able to accept a wider range of payment methods, including all major credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfers. NGS strongly encourages all registrants to register online. If you do not have online access or a credit card, please contact us for help.We will continue to offer financial aid and payment plans as needed.

Please note the following processing fees associated with payments:

• Credit Cards: $1.00 per transaction, plus a 3% processing fee
• ACH Bank Transfer: $0.99 per transaction, plus a 1.99% processing fee

Visit the NGS TeamSnap One registration page to register or log-in to your account: https://teamsnap.newtongirlssoccer.org/.

• Select the relevent Program or Volunteer Role and click the orange Start Registration button.

• Follow the prompts to create a TeamSnap ONE account or to log in to your existing account.
  • Important: The account must be created using the responsible adult’s name, date of birth, and contact information. You will then add your child(ren) as participants. If you accidentally set up the account under your child’s information, you can edit your account details at https://identity.teamsnap.com/profile.
  • All communication from NGS concerning your child’s participation in our soccer programs will use the email address(es) entered during registration. We DO NOT recommend using a work email address due to spam filters.

• Once you are signed in, select the player or adult who will be registered:
  • Select an Existing Participant: You may choose a participant (including yourself) already associated with your account.
  • Add a New Participant: If the player is not in your account already, you can add them. You will be taken through a flow to enter the participant’s information.

• Follow the prompts to add additional contacts, complete the registration form, sign digital agreements, and complete payment. You’ll receive both and on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email once your registration is complete.

• To register for another program or sign up as a volunteer, simply return to https://teamsnap.newtongirlssoccer.org/ and log into the same TeamSnap One account.

You can access the TeamSnap ONE platform via URL or an App. Please download the TeamSnap ONE App. The app is free and available for both:

• iOS (Apple App Store)
• Android (Google Play)

You will NOT be able to see your child’s team in the App until teams are assigned and announced. After you receive an invitation to join a team (late-August or late-March), your team will appear on the TeamSnap ONE homescreen and you will be able to access the team’s roster, communications, and calendar.
